Monarchs, Emperors, Czars, and dictators all have used religion to both polarize their citizens as well provide themselves with a solution for committing atrocities. Some even make claim to being a god.

A: Increase education so that people possess critical thinking for the purpose of making informed and educated decisions based on their own objective reasoning, and not based on religious fear mongering.

Religion ceases to exist when it no longer has any followers. Therefore, mathematically religion considers any source that results in losing followers to be a threat to the existence of that religion. This is why religion vilifies atheism. Religion lies and spreads false accusations about atheism because religion needs to bring atheism down to its own level in order to fabricate a comparison. This is why unethical religious people make false claims about atheism being a belief system.

Atheism is simply the absence of any belief in any gods. Full stop!

This is the irony of religion - if god was real there would be no need for bibles or churches. But religious people feel the need to be the ‘messengers’, as well as the enforcers. That alone verifies that there is no god.

Atheism has nothing to do with being a bad person, or a good person. It simply means you do not believe in any gods…..but that still makes it a perceived threat to any religion, because of the reasons atheists do not believe in god: objective reasoning and critical thinking. I do not care what others believe IF AND ONLY IF other people do NOT impose their beliefs on others. That is the irony of all religions - it never keeps to itself. Why did the Supreme Court remove freedoms from American women to allow American men to control what they can do with their own bodies ? Religion.

So, my motive is not to ‘spread atheism’, since that makes no sense, but through increasing education of everyone, and teach critical thinking skills, and include teaching science, mathematics, literature, the arts, and accurate history, more people will let go of their religion, and as a consequence there will be more atheists as an end result.

Why do I care what others believe ?
